I'm proud to be joining five fellow charity and education leaders from across Hertfordshire to take on the Three Peaks Challenge. Together, we're demonstrating that when organisations collaborate, we can achieve far more than we ever could alone.

As CEO of Herts Young Homeless (hyh), I know that preventing youth homelessness takes the same spirit of partnership. No single organisation can tackle the complex challenges young people face on its own. By working alongside schools, local authorities, businesses, community groups and other charities, we can intervene early and help stop homelessness before it starts.

Every day, hyh provides advice, education and practical support that helps young people and families build brighter, more secure futures. Your donation will help ensure these vital prevention services continue to be there when young people need them most.

As we climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon together, we're sending a simple message: by supporting one another and working in partnership, we really can overcome life's biggest challenges.
